Sibell Elite Hockey Clinics believes that most goalie schools are harshly overpriced. We keep costs down to keep parents happy and keep the kids coming back. By partnering with Brokaw Hockey, we can keep prices down and provide goalies with high-level shooters to challenge them throughout the summer.
Summer goalie camps and SDP in Minnesota range from $53 to $100 per ice hour, our SDP is capped at 3 goalies per skate and averages out to $40 per ice hour for 21 sessions over the summer, the amount of ice-time for our cost is something you can't find anywhere else in Minnesota.
A one-time purchase gets you full access to former D1 and Current Professional Goaltender Jake Sibell, for the entire winter season. With this access comes a personal phone number for the easiest communication for mentorship opportunities and any goalie, hockey, or life questions you may want to run by him. This mentorship program also includes many video sessions with Coach Sibell, which run from the beginning of your tryouts through the end of your season. Coach will be able to provide detailed feedback, game scenario ideas, and hockey IQ tips which goaltenders need to play at the highest levels. • Mentorship Program comes with full access to Jake Sibell, who will be open for hockey advice, life advice, or any other advice that a goalie might need throughout their winter season.
• Mentorship Program also includes 12 bi-weekly zoom meetings to ensure goalies get the most of every month of the season. Jake will prep before each zoom meeting to meet 3 goals: Watching tape, discussing puck touches as well as hockey iq tips. Precut clips will help video sessions flow smoothly and help young goalies grasp concepts.
• Jake will develop a personalized game plan within each meeting to ensure each week is taken advantage of, getting 1% better everyday.
• Jake will answer questions from student from their real-life relationships with coaches and teammates, mentoring to get the most out of their season despite any negative situations they might find themselves in.
• Finally, Jake will provide detailed instructions on drills/plans to be done both on the ice and at home which will benefit the goalie if he/she chooses to implement them into their weekly plan.
• 2-3 ice times per week with appropriate age levels
• 30 minutes of lateral+downhill shooting drills vs highly skilled shooters (top Bantam players in the skate all the way up to current NCAA D1/committed shooters who are there to get better as well, everyone on the ice is there to take big steps in their game.
• Approximately 21 icetimes per summer, only $900. $43 per session when paid up front.
Walk-in sessions available upon request but must be approved, individual sessions are $50 each (we want to develop you over the whole summer, not just a couple of sessions, that's why we encourage the whole summer program)
• 10-15 minutes of dedicated goalie specific drills
• 15 minutes of fast paced games to improve hockey IQ and reaction time

Hello goalies and goalie parents. I hope you all have had a wonderful winter season and you’re letting yourself rest going into the spring season.
I am excited to announce that I will be back in Minnesota for the summer and I’m looking forward to working with a great group of goalies as we pursue excellence together.
My first professional season was full of ups and downs as well as lessons that I am able to bring back with me to our sessions. I’d love to have everyone back for this upcoming summer session, but I have also added people to this email list that have expressed interest over the last year. For this summer session I believe that it would be the most beneficial to all goalies if we could cap each session at 3 goalies. This ensures that each goalie has enough time not only for rest but also for absorption of coaching advice.
If you haven’t been a part of our sessions in the past, we work with Brokaw hockey to provide great practices that give goalies elite shooters for normal drills and small area games as well as goalie specific drills where they can get 1 on 1 time with myself as a goalie coach as well as my brother Jaxon who helps me out.
WIth 3 goalies on the ice we could split up icetimes where 1-2 goalies are taking shots from the shooters on one end of the ice while the “resting” goalies will have time to do 1 on 1 goalie drills with myself or Jaxon. Having 3 goalies per session will also drive the price per goalie down, which I know everyone loves!
I have done these types of practices with Brokaw Hockey since I was 12 years old. By being shot on by the best shooters in the state I was able to launch my game-reads to another level and develop into the professional goalie I am today.
As of now I don’t have a 100% complete schedule complete with Brokaw hockey, but he is working with the Blake Ice Arena to get skate times together and booked. I can tell you that if you commit to the entire summer of training with us you will get the best value in the state of Minnesota. Getting professional level goalie practice plans alongside shooters who are at the top of their level for the games/skill drills, you’ll learn quickly the value of the partnership with Brokaw Hockey. We also provide a close-knit community feel around Sibell/Brokaw hockey that you won’t be able to find at these huge hockey academies around the metro. For $1100 you’ll get the entire summer of great training that focuses on all sides of goaltending, that's less than $50 per session, value you can't find with the big name goalie schools.

College Group: 3 times a week, early afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Junior Group: 3 times a week, early afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Highschool Group: 3 times a week, late afternoons on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Girls HS/D1 Group: 2 times a week, Noon on Wednesdays, 9am Fridays* all skates will skip the week of July 4th for a mid-summer break
